When Alli posted that she was seeking guest posters for Banned Books Week, complete with a list of banned titles, I jumped at one title in particular: The Adventures of Captain Underpants by Dav Pilkey. It’s a book (the first of many in a series) that my two boys greatly enjoyed, and while my oldest has now outgrown it, my 11-year-old still pulls it off the shelf to read again.
