Welcome to my web page and blog. This little adventure started in March, 2012 as a humor blog. I fell in love with writing and tried my hand at fiction.
I like to post in line with my humor blog roots, but I also include posts about teaching and writing specifically. My debut novel, The Fourth Descendant, was released on February 4, 2015 and was on Amazon best-seller lists for eighteen months. Following that were my other mystery, suspense, and YA novels, including Drake and the Fliers, Project Renovatio, Project Liberatio, Project Ancora, The Seventh Seed, Dreams of Justice: A Paranormal Mystery, and The Note: A Historical Mystery.

I do a flash at least once a month, but usually more depending on the prompts and my schedule. I enjoy writing them!

Folks, Allison Maruska is one funny lady. I’ve enjoyed a few of her stories and I’m looking forward to reading her book when it comes out in a few months. If you aren’t reading her stuff, you are missing out.
